Social Preparation – In this stage, other development stakeholders will be partnered through a memorandum of agreement (MOA) or a contract. After securing the commitment of the development partners, social preparation activities and meetings with the prospective beneficiaries and/or beneficiary organizations will be conducted. This includes profiling activities as well as inspection and auditing if they are already part of existing enterprises / cooperatives.
